From the area that potentially produces the most long-lived Dolcetto, Ovada, and Tacchino clearly delivers evidence of this. Dark, but not impenetrable, ruby. A nose of blackberry and blueberry fruit and more amplified than its Langhe counterpart. Supple and elegant. It is concentrated but not at the cost of a certain lightness and comes with lots of acidity. This will easily stand the test of time. Drink date: 2022-2028.
